The device uses wire as a cutting surface which works infinitely better than the ones that have plastic cutting surfaces. They hold up great in the dishwasher and quickly and easily slice your avocado into perfect slices.
Cons
The holes in the steel bar that the wires feed through are not rounded at all. The holes are sharp so with the gentle movement of the wire during cutting an avocado, the very fine wire against the sharp edge wears through the wire quickly. A piece of ... Read More
