I just received it today and i love its quality
With the side handles you can put it on top of your cup of tea or a glass as i do
With the lid it traps in the heat so you get a nice steep
Packaging/appearance
As i found out the infuser has several very sharp edges
Upon receipt of my order i found the top to the infuser to be missing
Competitiveness
But after looking at a ton of infusers im happy with this purchase and its just what i was looking for
Used often one of our favorite infusers
I was planning on getting the teavana perfectea maker but not anymore

Now the badbecause of the way it is constructed sometimes when rinsing out the used leaves they slid up under the top piece and are difficult to remove

The handles are not 5 inches wide as the listing suggests though

But if you have a pot that is a full 5 inches wide this probably wont fit
