Pros

These straps are tough and durable. The s-hooks feel stout, as does the ratchet end. It draws shut perfectly.

Cons

The video shows how to engage the ratchets, but not how to disengage. Live chat is not live. They claim their 100% satisfaction but theres no way for me to contact seller.

Besides being baited and switched, these little straps have the smallest handle i have ever seen even for 1 straps. Used 4 straps to hold down a 500lb quad and one of the straps broke.
