Pounds and inches drops are doing wonder to suppress the hunger
When my stomach starts screaming fro food i take these drops and literally in 1020 minutes my brain is signalling to my guts that they are full
I tried to take these drops before lunch and dinner and did not notice their effect on my sleep so i am not sure why the instruction tells to take them before the breakfast and lunch but not dinner
I do not experience any fat burning side effects when taking these drops
