Pros

Customer service is super nice, they got in touch with me to see if i was satisfied with my purchase. I am confident that if anything was to wring with it, they would do right by me. Nice long cord.

Light weight, quick and easy to use. Fill the reservoir with water and the unit heats up very, very quickly. Heats up really fast, don't have to fill to max. It is conveniently there when you need it.

Cons

Really bummed - and bought a standing steamer for twice the money. Terrible product.

Doesn't hold much liquid and spits out water. Was not able to steam with it for all the hot water flying everywhere. It isn't hot enough to de-wrinkle even a cotton poly tshirt.
