The material is higher quality rustproof stainless steel not like the cheap quality stainless steel ‘mix’ we find offshore

Also it came with screws and bolts extras and crome black bolt head covers except the covers will not fit the bolt heads otherwise i would have given a 5 star

I thought the nutsboltsfasteners kit was overkill but i ended up using a bunch of the items both for this frame and for my other license plate which didnt use this frame

I wont bother with the tamper proof covers for our application since it wont be in a high theft area and ill need to swap the temp tags for a perm plate when it arrives anyway
