Flat lump or whatever because once they freeze they stay in that shape until they thaw

I subtracted a star because they tend to get dirty easily because of the material they are made of

They do have the typical icepack problem of bursting some will do it almost immediately others will last months but eventually they will pop when used for your spine so id highly recommend placing them in quart sized ziplock bags when you receive them unless you want to clean up squishy nontoxic goop
