After five years of fairly frequent to near constant use and going over seas and moving between multiple houses one earphone snapped off of the holstering band

Ill say this for the five years ive used it the quality was never doubted no issues on calls and in the environment i used them in the microphone would have been noted if it was of a poor quality

They dropped official support for the surround software for windows 10 but i emailed them and they sent me a zip file with the software updated for win10
