We have owned one prior to this one for 20 years and we replaced it because its predecessor stopped working as efficiently as it had in the past and the charge would last only for a couple days

There no need for manual tooth bushes as they will never clean as well

I do like the the 30 second timer to clean the four areas of the teeth making the user concentrate on brushing with better care
