Yes i still have to rinse the sink for about all of 10 seconds to wash down the extra hair that the vaccum didnt capture but it is much better than spending 10 minutes cleaning up the sink and not even getting rid of all of the mess

I highly recommend this item if you were in the same boat as me get this item and say goodbye to your crappy trimmer and the mess that it came with it
