Theyve reduced the number of fasteners going through the door from the plastic model which is nice and the closeout around the cutout is all metal too instead of a cheap plastic insert

The reason for the fourstar weatherproof result is that the sides of the flap could let in some coldhot air as theyre not sealed this is so that the flap operates smoothly
