Pros
The design is large, sturdy, the handles are comfortable. It's incredibly durable, as i've been doing 100 rep sets with it almost daily since i bought it. Good comfortable ergonomic grips too.
My stomach is an area that needs work. My type of yoga lol. Must be combined with previous activity imo. Minor inconveniences don't matter too much to me. And finally my abs.
Cons

This device is being promoted by an ex-special forces serviceman. However, this is not more convenient than situps. It just didn't deliver the maximum ability to target all of my abdominal muscles.

So whichever way its facing my left hand is always on the l thats facing me but i have to look for the stupid little arrow stickers on the wheel which are already peeling off to identify which way around it goes
