The have a small piece of adhesive on the heel to hold them in position so theyre not made to be swapped out between pairs of shoes

One of the inserts didnt stick very well after about a month

These are the first pair of arch supports that feel as though they are part of the shoe and they dont change the way your shoe seems to fit
