The material definitely seems waterproof. Lightweight, breathable, and it doesn't have that rubbery, crinkly feel many waterproof jackets have. Perfect lightweight jacket for summer rainy days.

Price is a little expensive, for i got one at costco in $24 and i paid on amazon $36. The rain jacket was delivered promptly in good packaging.
