Arrived on time and very well packaged. Feels a bit flimsy but not a problem. Works great.
For thin paper it works well, not fit for thicker ones. Cuts paper well, but a little flimsy. Good sharp blade.

It's a handy desk-top gadget and small enough to put in the drawer. It's light and easy to use for day to day office and craft, scrapbooking type of duties.
Cons
Cutting blade isn't very sharp and can't be used to cut to size. A4 sheets cannot be divided in half because there is no guide to achieve two a5 sheets from one a4. Overall the item is flimsy and flexes a lot. Not worth the money.

Would have been 5 stars but when cutting some thin card it didnt cut instead it tore the card and messed up the item i was trying to cut but not bad for its price

However do note if your intending for vinyl the space under the cutter is about 2 pieces of card or 5 sheets of paper so would have to be thin vinyl
