Quality is very good and the metal kind of thing underneath the material is great for keeping the hands in a perfect position
These braces are very comfortable and with the velcro closures you can adjust them
While the product worked the thumb area needs worked on as it rubs the thumb web too much
My hands are not hot with the thermoskins
Packaging/appearance
These fit best out of the several different braces ive tried for my carpal tunnel syndrome
But i did have a few minutes where i was just clicking with my mouse ordering a second set of the thermoskins

The thermoskins covering is straight across the hand not curved like the other brand

If the thermoskins opened on top it would not be able to have its wide metal stay on top like the one on the palm side of the hand

I slept with them for 2 n ights and that dead feeling in my arms and hands that i got while sleeping you know the one where you flingyour arms like dead fish it was not there
