The bag quality is excellent and very suitable for traveling
I recommend not lifting the pack when it is full with the little hand strap on the top
It does not feel very good quality but it look not bad
Even with the same amount of equipment it feels like im carrying much less

We had to get a little crafty because there are not too straps for a mattent but there are bottom and side straps

Able to hold 14oz boxing gloves and bjj gi small items and shin guards strapped to the bottom where youd put a sleeping pad

As it is its too small or very tight for many phones but still a handy spot for small items such as a bag of trail mix
