Otterbox warranty replacement service is easy and fast and arrives fast. Easy install. Easy installation and very good materials.
The defender protects the screen from cracking. The screen is as sensitive as if there were nothing there. We keep ours in a defender and it becomes tough as nails.
Otterbox case is great. Feels as smooth and responsive the iphone screen itself.
Cons
Otter screen protector cracked within 2 days. Chipped in middle of screen and chips on outer edges.

Per the instructions for the application of the protector i’m to use the alcohol wipe a microfiber cloth and a lint remover “provided” prior to putting on the new protector

If you scroll way down in the product details you will see the box only includes the glass it does not include any of the other items to clean the phone prior to application
