    I just use my hand but you have to be very careful not to cut yourself one the veggie is peeled down and your fingers get closer to the blades

    It came in a box with 2 extra blades for a total of 4 blades a cleaning brush but no instructions inside

    I was unable to figure out how to change the blades and couldnt get the end cap to hold the last of the cucumber

    I like to cut the ends of vegetables up anyway to add different textures to my dishes so this didnt concern me
