Handy led lights let you know when they are charging and then full but you must manipulate the batteries a little more than just merely snapping it in place to get it to fit correctly and charge

The charger also has charge protection and indicator lights red when charging and green when finished charging

So it would appear the vibrator was drawing more juice than the battery could supply easily

The second issue is on the charger itself one side is a bit finicky and will show a green light even when the battery is low just have to wiggle it a bit for the amber charging light to appear and then leave it alone until charged
