They are sent out completely uncharged so it should be noted that when it is put in the phone and connected to charger for the first time it wont seem like they work as even the phones charging indicator doesnt appear for the first 1520 minutes of charge

But if you give it that amount of time to charge initially then switch on the phone while charging the indicator will then appear

Mine came from glitzy gizmos who sent them out in individual battery sized sealable plastic bags which im keeping the spare ones in when not in use and both in a larger bag and packed in a jiffy envelope they arrived on time and were posted through the letterbox
