Pros
They usually take around 5-7 days depending and are very good and nutritious. After a short greening up process after reaching desired size, they are ready to eat and the remainder is stored in the refrigerator. These seem to be good quality.

Cons
Handy pantry seeds are not refundable. I'm surprised that so many of the seeds don't germinate. I suspect they need more rinsing than the instructions indicate.

I didnt see any seeds that didnt sprout as others have mentioned but some of the seed coverings were on the bottom of the jar and could have been mistaken for unsprouted seeds if not looking closely

Ive used cheese cloth in the past to cover sprouts and while it works the top slips and sags sprouts get caught in the cloth and it is a general nuisance to sprout
