This did not create the proper edid hdcp handshake necessary to carry the signal all the way through to the monitors for the devices i was using

All source and display devices will be different so this switch may not work for you but it supports the most protocols i’ve seen in a single device

When i put the pc to hibernate and shut the receiver off my monitor wont go to standby because the switch keeps looking for a signal

Once in a while the monitor will go to standby and ive tried to turn the pc off first or the sound system first doesnt seem to matter

The picture in picture is interesting not for watching other programs per se but to see what programs are showing on the other three hdmi sources in addition to the source that you are watching
