Highly recommend for gastrointestinal issues. Skin & nails looks better, hair growing again, most of all my sweet cravings are decreasing. Holy basil is known for being the king of herbs for stress relief.

Cons

Holy basil bottle has a pretty pungent smell, which is the smell of a valerian root. Holarrhena antidysenterica may be better tolerated for eradicating protozoan parasites, and cysts.
