The only drawback so far is that there is a very soft quiet highpitched noise as a result of the friction along the aluminum rails while in motion

Canon t2i with and without the battery grip added with the tokina 1116mm and kit lenscanon 7d with 1020 it was harder on the tripod but it worked with 2

I actually did not remove my camera strap and used it as a way to pull the camera for me it worked better than pushing camera base directly

It is friction based so expect noise when operating

Tried a heavier camera such as a sony nexfs 100 with a noticeable drop in performance

It will work great moving between them but if you only have one the weight of the camera may mess with the tilt when you get to an extreme distance
