Much to my surprise, this product works very well. It is not something you have to use all the time and the results have lasted years. The instructions are quite clear.

Cons

The gel in the trays has been poorly placed, often putting more gel on the back side of my teeth than the front. Once i get them out and try to fit them onto my upper teeth more manually, the tray becomes distorted from the holder and the fit is less ... Read More

This product comes with rave reviews but we received a faulty product which can't be used. There was hardly any noticeable difference.

Like maybe they got to hot during shipping with the excessive heat we have been having
