I bought the ombar battery as a replacement for a third party battery that failed my previous model was almost twice as expensive and i figured that it had great reviews so it would be the better option wrong

The battery looked notably different from the picture plastic film on the cells but that made me glad as it was visually very different from the previous failed battery

I realized the old battery had worked over the years and was pressing up against the trackpad limiting the functionality of the computer

Had not used my macbook for a few days and was off the charger now shows as replace now and will not hold a charge

However once i installed it i quickly realized i did not have access to using my track pad was no longer able to click on anything

When the replacement battery arrived my fingers were crossed becausea i did not want to have to ask for another refund
