The strap lays flat and is long enough for my 5’8” 36gg uk bust (measured/fitted properly) to sit right at my hip. Although the shoulder strap is not adjustable, it's a perfect length for cross body wearing.

Material is stiff, light, scratchy, plastic-ish/like material inside and out. I feel like they changed the product since it was first released with the other * and this new rendition is inferior.

When i put this over my shoulder it sits right under my * it's awful and comical. The strap is kind of wide and because of the stiff material it's made of, i honestly found it to be pretty uncomfortable.
