Pros
These are great. Whata stopping me. Avert eyes, then cower. These are awesome for my morning smoothies!
Easy to * pills (don't want to choke on taking each pill) no aluminum coloring added.
As advertised, caffeine pills. This goes nicely along side beta alanine as well.
Cons
The expiration date isn't for another year and a half. It claims to be pure caffeine on the label, but it's a lie. Honestly, i highly doubt these capsules contain 200mg of caffeine.
Felt absolutely poisoned and not from caffeine. There is very little if any caffeine jolt from this product.

I can swallow them with no problem and they dont get stuck in the back of my throat gagging me with the horrible bitter caffeine taste

Youll have to open the caps and dump some out if 200mg is too large of a dose

Consuming the powder outside the capsule is not recommended it is very bitter
