Pros

The best sweetener there is. Looks & tases the same, but has low glycemic index. Good for the teeth, no weird aftertaste, use the same measurement as sugar in recipes.

I got hooked on xylitol. Pound at great pricing. Bag wasn't busted or anything on arrival. I am hooked.

Xylitol helps keep a neutral ph in the mouth and prevents bacteria from sticking to teeth. Bacteria form a biofilm (plaque) that keeps them safe. Combining the two should lead to complete remineralization.

Cons

Seems more like erythritol than xylitol to me. This product is very reluctant to dissolve in a glass. Gastrointestinal discomfort is way too much of an experience.

Frantic running. This was gonna be bad. What a dissapointmet.
