Pros
Love its quietness and length of running time for defusing my oils. It's easy to use and it puts a good amount of mist.
This diffuser is fantastic. Now's customer service is exceptional, as well. Search the web as well as amazon for deals.
This is a really beautiful smallish container so it fits easily in small spaces. I love that it stands high instead of line a wide bottom teardrop. I love the look of the bamboo because it just fits in with my bedroom decor.
It's dependable - no glitches, and simple to figure out. There's a setting where the diffuser displays a band of color, too. Only thing i wish is that the lights could also be controlled by the timer settings like the diffusion is.
Cons
The mist works inside, but has quit diffusing out the top. Cannot get it to mist at all. The aroma/steam dissipate quickly.
