This powder blends and dissolves beautifully. It's smooth and blends easily. A little hard to mix without a blender.

This powder tastes like a handful of flour with a hint of play-doh-y and is incredibly chalky. It has the same flavor as soy milk which for me is nil. It is the same coating in my mouth that i get with artificial sweetners, yuk!

Fructose is an ingredient in this product.
