Pros
Stinks a bit but i enjoy taking 1 during the day if i'm feeling too hyper to help relax. Works better for me than melatonin. I use benadryl to make me fall asleep and this induces a nice long, rem cycle.
Good product. This beats the other hands down. Only draw back is that if you for some reason push past the initial sleep feeling, then it doesn't work.
Cons
Pills stink quite bad and the foul odor remains on hand after handling. It looks disgusting'.
