Pros

Garam flour, whole milk plain yoghurt and a tsp honey. I love now brand and trust they're going to do what i purchased them for. I think its actually helped with more than that.

This definitely clears up acne. If i do get a pimple it goes away alot quicker than usual.

Cons

Pantothenic acid works for acne, but not this brand. Gnc brand is better. Do not take this for your acne. The pill is only 3g instead of 6-7.

New breakouts are rare now i just have to deal with the hyperpigmentation of older scars my skin is looking pretty good
