Will take this along with benfotiamine, acetyl carnitine and alpha lipoic acid for nerve healing. Subtle mood booster at the 500 mg dose. This product enhances the anti-anxiety effects at a much more affordable price.
It’s soooo delicious. Miracle (for me anyway).
Really helps with my sugar cravings and inflammation. Easy to * and have no weird after taste. Combines well with a cup or two of strong tea.
After months of being irregular i’m back on. These pills to help with pcos & regulate my cycle. It's also a great product to use for painful menstrual cycles due to pcos.
Cons
Definitly not trying these. Takes like 10 capsules to get a decent dose. Waisted my money. Save your money and go get a pack of gum.
