It gets pretty big if you put the band in the second slot

Card slot it seemed loose when i put the card in but once the band is tight on your arm the card doesn’t move

I ended up going for a couple runs with it strapped to my forearm which worked ok but really wasnt what i wanted

The one other issue that i found is that with the note 3 it would hit the volume buttons on the side of the phone and mess with the volume mid run which was really annoying
