Pros

Easy to install drive and install in laptop ( lenovo w541). It fit's in a t430; leaves a gap in the opening, but it locks in place like any other caddy. Perfect fit for my lenovo thinkpad t540p.

The color of the plastic and the grooves aren't a perfect fit but it's 95% blended in. It is exact snug fit.

Overall, installing this took less than 5 mins and the only tool required is a screwdriver. It comes with the mounting hardware for your 2.

Blue led is a nice touch and is blue when idle, and blinks or turns solid red depending on the activity level. Works perfectly, but can you believe the led was a hazzard?

Cons

This is blatantly falsely advertised. There's absolutely no support for t540p, just look at the attached pictures (thin one is the cd rom from my t 540p, the other one is this replacement) the nimitz brand is much better.
