Pros

For those who are interested in great shots, the automatic settings work exceptionally well. I like the fact that cameta camera only sells usa model cameras. Even in full auto it produces pictures i wished i could have taken 30 years ago.

The d7200 is substantially better in low light than the older d7100. Upgraded from a d3300, the difference is more than can be listed here. Upgrade for my aging d5000, excellent features, fast and more detail in the photos.

Purchased a 2nd refurbished nikon d7200 as a backup. Wrapped in bubble wrap and in a generic box with only basic needs.

Manual downloadable from nikon's website. Works well with tamron 16-300 telephoto lens, a great combination. Can use nikon legacy lenses.

Cons

This was supposed to be a nikon factory refurbished unit. The manual that's available on the internet is in a protected format that doesn't give full functionality. There was no paper copy of the manual at all.

Very fast autofocusing low light ability very high resolution make this a great camera both the serious and casual photographers

Like the better low light ability indoors improvement in rapid shooting and obvious major increase in resolution

Too bad camera makers dont take the trouble to offer better documentation on the use of the numerous settings and controls

Meets all of my needs at a great price

I started with a nikon d3100 and it was heavily damaged so i found the d7200 for a great price

This for an item of 800 value

Only a shutter count of 49 when i first opened the box i basically got a brand new camera for over 100 off

The camera arrived quickly and was exactly what i wanted

5 stars for item 2 stars for delivery method

My problem is the way it was shipped

Usps and not secure ups with required signature for delivery

Packaging/appearance

Camera came packed in original box and is working perfectly

Wrapped in bubble wrap and in a generic box with only basic needs neck strap battery and charger

Arrived in factory packaging with all the accessories that a new camera would come with

The only was i could assume that it was not a new body is the way it was packaged

Competitiveness

The recentlyreleased d7500 seems like a downgrade from the d7200 and this refurbished model was a great deal

It is arguably the best dslr value out there right now

This camera can only compare to the waxed crotch of a swedish supermodel

I like the fact that cameta camera only sells usa model cameras and not gray market ones
