The packaging was odd vacuumed sealed to one third of its true size but i followed the easy instructions without issue

5 tall rolled and how big it got after being removed from the packaging

It came rolled up in packaging an then in a box

Also note that it is a 13inch mattress with the topper so taller than most mattresses

Ive had this mattess for more than a year now ive had no issues and the mattress has been great especially for the price

Do not i repeat do not buy the recommended zinus brand platform they try to sell along with this

Im not picky though its better than the 6inch piece of crap i was sleeping on before
