I actually used this mount without the camera enclosure and just ziptied my camera directly to it

Note this is just the ball joint mount not the case or camera

Beware this product is only the ball joint and metal plate that is to be used with the dropcase housing

Although its seems a little expensive 30 for what you get it would have taken me 12 hours to shim my camera and housing to get the exact positioning needed that this accomplished in minutes
