Like taking a * on a prn basis, as needed only hypertuning in to yourself to manage those moods. Mellows you out. I feel like my thoughts are calmer and more manageable.

Long term with dr. Neipers is less lithium but more absorption without flooding your whole body with lithium carbonate 24/7.

Cons

Buyer beware. Never worked at all. Get a different brand and save yourself the hassle.

Lithium is very dangerous and when taking it, blood levels need to be checked.

Constipation and just feeling low. Headache in the frontal lobe. Brain just feels foggy on this one.
