Tmi, i know but i swear it's the de. It is beneficial in so many ways. I have a friend who swears it helps with here arthritis, but i don't make those claims.

Great for drinking, brushing teeth and exfoliating. Sleep better with it because the silica helps with calcium absorption. Vacuuming it up tends to get the vacuum full of the powder and clog the filters quickly.

Diatomaceous earth has been wonderful. No cramping in the stomach due to needing to have a movement. Bought this as a parasite cleanse.
