It is wrapped in a bit of plastic inside the cardboard box its packaged in

What i particularly like about it is that unlike so many modern vacuum flasks there is no fiddly push button cap which are always such a nightmare to clean and also totally unnecessary

Im sure it would wash well in the dishwasher however i never like to put vacuum flasks in the dishwasher as i work it will do them harm
