Pros

Smells nice though, like cloves and cinnamon. My dog smells amazing after using this!

Leaves a great smell and relieves dry skin quickly. It rinses really well/easily, leaves no residue or build up. Doesn't leave a lingering strong odor like some of the natural oil based spot treatments.

This chases fleas and ticks in an instant. It works great. I imagine the negative reviewers who claim it didn't work perhaps had existing flea problems. I like that this natural version doesn't have such scary or stringent parameters.

The best part is that she stopped scratching because the flees were gone. I love the smell and it leaves the cockers' coats really silky too. We live in washington where fleas are horrible, and she hasn't had them since putting her on this shampoo.

Cons

It literally takes 1/4 of the bottle to lather up one of my dogs. Horribly watered down. Very little lather.
