I don’t think it does and it is not compatible with the diaper genie or generic liners

If your diaper is wrapped tightly it shouldn’t be an issue

Only reason not 5 star is that after about a year the plastic piece that cinches the bag has weakened and no longer seals so now you can smell the diapers and it doesnt appear this part is replaceable such a waste because its such a tiny part and doesnt make sense to buy a new pail just because of that

My only disappointment with my order was that i didnt get the extra refills that were part of a promotion but i did get my money back for those

This product is fantastic if you don’t break it however the way it’s all put together is ridiculous

However when trying to fix the problem myself to try to reset the gears to have more torque again the way the casing is set up it’s pretty much impossible to access those gears without taking apart the whole thing

Makes no sense i have to literally take apart every single shell casings just to access the small grey part that encases the gears that causes the pail to spin
