I had doubts about these being legit but i have inspected it and compared it to the one that came with my ipod 5th gen and the sound quality from both of them were the same

Great product just as described and it works really well with all iphones as replacement or as back up set and dont be afraid that these are not the same because the price im very sure these are the same product that you pay money at the stores i did before i compare both sets and are exactly the same comfortable to wear excellent sound quality both with the ear buds and microphone

The sound is nice clear music as well as spoken voice sounds wonderful
