Pros

The move free joint health pills are small enough to * without gagging. It takes almost two weeks, but the inflammation in the knee starts to build up and there is pain again. To me it really works on the pain i was having in my knees.

Cons

The items are not the newest product because the expiration date is sep 2018. The major thing is i am going back to china tmr! That is unnecessary and unfortunate because the product was helping with my arthritis.
