Nevertheless the monitor comes with a mini usb connector that can be connected to an external tv or a dvr that can be accessed via internet

The monitor allows for a single camera to be viewed or recorded all the time or can be used the cycle mode that alternates between the 4 cameras that can be connected to a single monitor

The system loses a star because of the weak battery life of the lcd monitor but it is cool that you can add 2 more cameras
