It never falls out of my ear and it does not make you look like a geek because of the small size

I simply insert the device in my ear and twist a quarter turn locking the device in position to receive my voice commands

After a little experimentation with positioning this issue is gone and i talk with my mother who has bad hearing all the time

If you have issues with poor voice pickup try moving the device mic out away from the ear
