Ive only had it for a few weeks but i noticed that one time it was blowing out only cold air you have to push the cold air button on and then push it off

Also if it stops working sometimes you need to reset the button on the plug in or the actual place that you plug it into

Heat settingsmy hair dresser told me that you should never blow dry your hair at a setting that you cant put on the back of your hand for 10 seconds
